Can Garcinia Cambogia Be Taken While On Blood Pressure And Cholesterol Medication?

Hi, I am a male, 5 11, 213lbs. I want to lose 30-35lbs in the next 3-4 months, mainly by dieting as I have a bad back and can t exercise much. I am on blood pressure (one pill a day) and cholesterol medication (one pill every other day) I want to take the supplement Garcinia Cambogia to help me lose the unwanted pounds. Is it safe to take while I m on these meds?

There are many causes of weight gain such as increased food consumption without increasing physical activity, high junk food, Cushing’s syndrome, and hypothyroidism. There are many more uncommon causes.
Some persons are using Garcinia cambogia for weight loss purpose but its benefits are unreliable and limited. It is better to rely on proven scientific methods of weight loss. It is not recommended for weight loss purpose.
Advice
1.     Start workout in gym at least for half an hour for 4 – 5 days in a week regularly
2.     Avoid high energy foods such as cakes, chocolates, chips etc.
3.     Avoid alcohol and smoking
4.     Increase consumption of high fiber diet such as wheat bread, dry date, vegetables etc
5.     Drink 3 – 4 liters of water daily
6.     Divide your meals into smaller portions. Do not consume heavy meal at a time
7.     Avoid oily & spicy food
8.     Investigation – lipid profile
