I take gabapentin 600 mg twice a day for my severe restless leg. I have been taking this for three weeks and my weight has gone from 209 to 224 in this time. Has this caused this and if so, what can I do to get back from 36 waist into my 34 waist jeans I wore two weeks ago.
yes there are reports that gabapentin causes weight gain.it increases appetite too.try to have a balanced diet with low carbs and fats,include green veggies and fruits in diet ,salads are also good for you.spare time for physical exercises or atleast have a brisk walk.drink plenty of water and have green tea 5 times a day
