Hi my name is Abdullah and i having loss motion today 3 4 times as i work mostly outside country i have to drive 1000km next day and at this time im in small town in KSA there is no pharmacy and i just have flagyl 500 mg so can i take this to stop my loss motions just for 24 hours ? or any other tablet for fast action as i have to drive but when i will reched my destination i will get complete treatment thank you

Flagyl will only work for Amebiasis , Giardiasis and Anaerobic infections .
If what you have is only a bacterial infection you will require an antibiotic which probably is available through prescription.
Imodium can be of temporary help for your current problem.It is an Overthe counter product available in all pharmacies and big supermarkets.
Make sure you keep yoursef hydrated with lot of water , tender coconut water . You can have black tea with bread toast and apple sauce for symptomatic relief
