Hi Dear, Welcome to HCM. Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of diarrhea and white particles in stool despite taking Flagyl. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like motility disorder, food intolerance , food allergy , gastroenteritis, bacterial or viral infection , parasitic infection or inflammatory bowel disease. Need not to worry. Take diet rich in fibres as well. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like ornidazole , albendazole , omeprazole along with loperamide.Avoid fruit juices as they might aggravate diarrhea. For now eat light and non spicy , eat fresh fruits and vegetables and eat fruits like banana. You should take plenty of fluids to re-hydrate.
