hello doctor.iam 46 yrs old.,unmarried.i had never had sexual intercourse with any women.lately i tried having sex with my female friend who is married with a son. To my shock even though she tried to stimulate my penis, vigouresly i could not sustain erection and ejaculated immediately.Recently i consulted a sexologist,he adviced me to go for test.PROLACTIN..6.29ng/ml andTESTOSTERONE...2.83ng/ml He adviced me to take tab Efil-5mg and NANO-LEO daily for 30 days.as iam taking antidepressent tabs at night can i take this tablets in the morning or noon

Hello,

Efil is used for erection difficulty. It is supposed to be taken 1 hour before sexual activity and only one tablet is to be taken per day. Do not shift its dosage to daytime.

The antidepressant on the other hand, if they are not sedating, can be taken in daytime or you can be shifted to an antidepressant which causes delayed ejaculation.
