Can Duphaston Be Taken During Pregnancy?

I m trying to conceive for almost 4 years and been diagnosed with PCOS. This current year from January to July 2014 I regularly have my periods and from month of August up to present I missed my period and this was the first time that I missed my period for so long. I consulted my doctor and recommend Duphaston, Is it not dangerous if I m pregnant? Does missed periods means there s a hope that i m already pregnant?

Hi,hope for best.First assure you Duphastone is prescribed as a supliment hormone to get better outcome of pregnancy,so it will help,not harm if you are pregnant.As you are pcos you have to confirm pregnancy by either urine pregnancy test or by ultrasound or by serum beta hcg.
