Hello! Thank you for writing. I understand your concern. DR.TEATM is an effective Ayurvedic and herbal product containing combination of natural herbs and green tea which is very rich in antioxidants. These are are known to help in reducing excess body fat in obese persons, detoxifying the body through antioxidants and helps in reducing constipation and curtails gas formation. It cuts down undesirable fat and decreases the body fat ratio without losing your energy level. As it is made of natural herbs you can use it if you want. But it doesn't have the same effect on everybody. I suggest you to eat in a healthy way and exercise. I will give some general tips about this. A diet full of fruits, vegetables, dry fruits, nuts and proteins is a good choice. Don't eat processed food, fast food. Portion is very important too. Everything you eat is translated into calories. For example:
Monday
Breakfast7:30-8:30: one slice of brown bread with one layer of one teaspoon of peanut butter of 2%fat with 2-3 slices of banane on the top, one cup of milk with 2% fat.
Before lunch: 10:39-11:00
One fruit
Lunch:13:30-14:00
120 gram chicken fileto with a little bit of susam seeds, carrots baked in oven with 1/2 teaspoon if olive oil
salad with baked small pumpkins and tomatoes
one slice of brown bread
After lunch:17:00-17:30
a cup of yogurt2% with two pieces of nuts and 1teaspoon of honey
Dinner:20-20:30
One slice of brown bread with Philadelphia light
1/2 cup of grape
Don't forget to exercise. You can try going to the gym, swimming, cycling whatever you feel yourself comfortable doing.
Thank you. Best regards.
