Hi there!



About 3 days ago I was put on 10mg-40mg (depending on what I need) of Dexedrine (long lasting) for my ADD (im not hyperactive), this is the first time I have ever been put on medication for ADD, I am also taking Zoloft. Ever since I took this medication I have been extreemly tired. It has been hard to stay awake, and I found myself falling asleep behind the wheel. My question is, is this normal for the first few days of this medication? Why am I feeling tired? Also, should I try a different medication, or add Ritalin for energy?



Otherwise the Medication is working well, I feel very concentrated, and more sociable, so I am seeing some positive results.



Please let me know your thoughts, I am meeting with my Psychiatrist in 5 weeks or so, and I wanted some early input so I know what to do.
