Can D&C And Femilon Tablets Treat Hyperplasia Of Endometrium And Ovarian Cyst?

Hi I m 39 yrs old. 2nd child born last year in january. Periods came in nov as I was breastfeedng. Irregular since den nd spoting in june. U/S showd 16mm nd 24*18 mm. Clear avascular cystic area in left ovary. D nd C showd simple cystic hyperplasia of endometris. I m taking femilon now. Please guide me. Is it enough?

Hello and welcome,

Please do not worry. The cysts are small. They may or may not respond to treatment as if they are due to hormonal imbalance they may not go away. However their size is small and so it is not an issue.

Also the D and C shows simple hyperplasia which responds well to oral pills. So complete the therapy and then get an ultrasound done to assess the response.
