Can Curamin Be Taken While On Eliquis And Metoprolol?

Good evening. I am taking Eliquis tab 5 mg & Metoprolol Tart Tabs 25 mg for A-Fib. My daughter is very pleased with Curamin Extra Strength and brought me some samples to take for joint & muscle pain (after mowing the lawn today). I have RA but am not taking anything for it at this time. I was told to take Tylenol which I don t do very often. Would the Curamin be safe to take seeing as how it has Tumeric, a blood thinner, in it? I have been unable to find Curamin interaction with Eliquis & Metoprolol.

Hi,

Yes, you can take. Though it contains turmeric, it will not affect your medications. But dose and frequency can be decided after consultation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale,
