im 33 yrs old and planned to have a baby.i am overseas worker and my husband only visit me for a week or two because he has a work also.i have small amount of menstrual period but its regular.i already visit doctor and advise me to take clomephene and folicil tablet.my husband visit me last february and april but still we did not having a baby.im so nervous beacause we want a baby and im already 33.pls help me.tnx

Hi,

Conception is possible with unprotected sex at ovulation time. The ovulation day is 14 days before the expected day of menses. So the ovulation day and two of days before and after the ovulation day are most fertile days for you. Please get an ovulation study done (a USG scanning test) to confirm your ovulation day. So also get semen analysis of your husband after 3 days abstinence. To conform normality of semen.

Now see that the sex is done during fertile days. Adjust your duties accordingly, for 3 months. If there is no conception in these 3 months, you need other special pathological tests and treatment by a fertility specialist considering your age. You should conceive in next two years. So be swift and get specific treatment if needful.
