Can Ciprofloxacin Be Taken For Arrhythmia?

Can I take ciprofloxacin with irregular heartbeat (atrial vib) and after repaired mitro valve(last Year) and pacemaker (this summer). I had the medication from a couple of years ago when it was presribed for urinary track infection which I appear to have right now. With cipro I also took 2 cranberry pills and I stopped taking cumadin. Please advise. Thanks, riet
