Can Barrett S Esophagus Affect The Larynx?

I have barretts. My question is, can this condition effect my larynx? My voice, for 2 months now, is basically a squeak. My first larnyxscopy showed plaque and swelling. I now have had 3 and am being told the plaque and swelling are gone. When this started I also had a swollen salivary gland, about the size of a golf ball. That remains about the size of a grape. I m also getting extreme pressure in my ears throughout the day,ENT says there is no fluid or infection
