Can Azithromycin And Amoxicillin Be Taken Together?

I took 1 Azithromycin 250mg tablet 8 hrs ago for a ear ache but realize I had Amoxicillin 500mg tablets that I have from a root canal that I didn t take back then. Can t get in to see my Doctor until Thursday 3 days from now. Is it ok to take a Amooxicillin tables since I only had 1 Azithromycin tablet until I get to see the Doctor. Mixing the 2 won t cause a problem will it?

Fortunately, there is no problem taking both at the same time, they don't have any major interactions with each other.
