Can Arnica Montana Be Taken For Pain In The Hips?
I am having hip pain - I ve been diagnosed with an impingement. I see an Orhopedist Aug. 27th but I m having intense pain with any kind of activity. No swelling, no discoloration. I take about 200 mg of IBP and or Alleve to help. I m wondering about taking an oral Arnica Montana.

It is better to get an oral muscle relaxant prescribed by your physician and start with Methylcobalamin supplements.
