Can 81 Mg Aspirin Cause Erectile Dysfunction?
Can 81 mg aspirin cause erectile dysfunction? My husband had knee surgery and was told to take it for 17 days post op and 17 days later is still experiencing difficulties with full erection and premature ejaculation. Everything was normal 2 days before surgery. If it does, once the medicine is stopped will everything return to normal?

Yes your supposing is right. Use of aspirin and other non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs (NSAID-s), cause erectile dysfunction in about 20% of the cases.
Since these drugs has no permanent effects and changes, it is expectable that the erectile dysfunction to be gone after stopping the medicine.
