CT Arthrogram States Articular Cartilage Fissure. Advice?

I just had a ct arthrogram an it state I have tricompartmental osteophytosis. Articular cartilage fissure along the medial aspect of the lateral tibial plateau.fisssuring of the articular cartilage along the peripheal aspect of the lateral femoral condyle .no intrameniscal contrast indentified,near complete articular cartilaginous denudation along the lateral trochlea and along portions of the median ridge
