Burning Sensation, Pain, Pressure On Urinating, White Particles In Stools. Causes For Symptoms?

hi I am 18 years of age. today when i went to the restroom it hurt to pee. real bad, to the point where i could not move. i do not know if the pain was my left ovary or something but it really hurt. it felt like there was pressure on my lower left side. about an inch or two down from my belly button and three inches to the left. there was also white foam looking like things in my poop. help me please.

Hi. This is the exact site of a left colon and as you have pain, white foam like things in poop, you may be suffering from colitis. If of a short duration , it will be alright with antibiotics . If of a long duration ,, you need to get a consultation with gastroenterologist and to undergo colonoscopy for the real diagnosis and further treatment.
