Breakout Of Red Bumps On Body That Are Sometimes Sore And Itchy, Cyst On Thigh, No Relief With Medicines. Cause?
Recently more than ever I have noticed a significant amount of pimple like pumps appearing everywhere. They cover my cheecks, chin , shoulders, upper back, and chest . Most of the time these bumps are red and will not pop an sometimes are sore and sometimes itchy but not always. I would describe some of them like blisters. On top of that I am getting more cyst like pimples on my thigh. I ve tried almost everything but its getting worse. My face is covered. I m 28 and never had this problem like this before. I have photos. Please help.

Thanks for posting your query. I could not open your photos. The way you have described it looked like acne or pimples. Pimples can occur mostly in the upper half of the body. You mentioned that you have taken some treatment but it is not better. I am not sure what were the medications taken by you. Pimples are so easy to treat. There are lot medications. It all depends on your age, gender, whether you are planning to get married in the near future or not.
If you are planning to get married only after an year or so, then isotretinoin is the best choice. This should be taken only on your dermatologists advice.
cysts like pimples on the thighs could be acne inversa, another type of problem due to involvement of apocrine glands. Please check with your doctor and confirm. Isotretinoin is a good and effective drug for both incase if that is the diagnosis.
