Both Of My Testicles Feel Normal, And I Don't Think

Both of my testicles feel normal, and I don't think I have any bumps on them, that I have noticed anyway. However, I have a question regarding my left testicle. In my scrotum on the left side, not on my testicle but basically above it, it feels very mushy. It feels like there are large soft veins on that side of the scrotum, yet the other testicle is absent of this. The left testicle also appears to have shifted in orientation - hanging just a slight bit more horizontally, than verticle. I also get a dull ache from behind the left testicle, not painful necessarily but my testicle is "noticeable" and I feel the need to constantly adjust it. I'd very much appreciate some guidance.
