Blisters on the ball of my feet, clear liquid discharge on popping, hard, raised. Treatment?

I walked a few miles in brand new flip flops and got a few blisters on the ball of my feet close to my toes. I popped them because I thought they were blood blisters. They ended up just oozing a little bit of clear liquid and were still extremely painful, hard, and raised. Now it is extremely painful to walk. How can I make them heal faster?
