Blisters On Child's Feet. Diagnosed Hand, Mouth And Foot Disease. Possible Cause And Treatment?
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic Hand foot and mouth disease is a common childhood illness. It rarely occurs in adults. It is associated with the blisters like you have described on the feet. They can also been seen on the hands and sores in the mouth. It is not usually associated with any significant sequelae. As you mentioned,it is contagious , it is transmitted by contact with nasal and throat secretions, stool and contact with the blister fluid. You can reduce your risk of disease by frequent handwashing, disinfecting surfaces and avoiding kissing/hugging. I hope this helps
