Bleeding For Short Time Due To Q Tip Jamming Ear While Cleaning. Is This Concerning?

Was cleaning my 9 year old son's ear and accidently jammed the q tip in too far, and blood came out on it. His ear hurt for 5 to 10 minutes and he seemed fine afterwards. Checked it again after an hour and the bleeding had stopped. Should I be concerned?

Probably the tip pierced the wall of ear canal accidentally.
There is nothing to worry.
This will subside automatically if there is no super added infection.
