Black Thick Skin On Palms, Dry, Cracking. Tried Different Medication, No Improvement. Suggestions?

hello doctor. I am 39, female, married, non-diabetic. i have some black thick skin on my palms which get really dry and crack.
the first doctor told me it could be coz of hard soaps and gave me multivitamins and cutifresh soap. no relief. the next doctor told me similar causes and suggested diprovate cream and asthamyn forte tablet. Still no relief and the same has increased also.

Hi,
All doctors are right !
there are few causes which can give this type of problem.
It depends upon nature of work done with hands.
If you are doing hard labor, handling some chemicals, using soap with more soda or irritant chemicals, handling with synthetic clothes etc can give rise to this problem.
Rule out hypothyroid as well.
Continue applying Diprovate or Diprovate MF.
Use Glycerine soap for cleaning hands.
Ok and take care.
