Black Spot On Baby's Tongue

My daughter is 14months old. I just noticed a tiny black dot/speck on her tongue that I cannot get off. Do you know what this could be?

Hi,Welcome to HCM.
If it is a single black spot not increasing in size then it should be a mole, if it is spreading then consult a paediatrician or a dermatologist for further management.
Take care
