Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
Your baby is having acute gastri-enteritis.
As vomiting did not stop, she may not retain any fluid in the stomach may lead to dehydration.
Ask your doctor to give some anti-emetic syrup or drops to stop vomiting.
It is good that loose motions stopped, otherwise chances of dehydration is more.
After vomiting stop give her plenty of water and electrolytes.
Ok and bye.
