Baby Had Fever, Taken Tylenol, Tired, Sleepy. Lump On Nose Its Reddish Yellow . Medical Cure For This?

my daughter is 6 years old. she got a fever last Saturday and had it for about 4 days. its was 101.4 and below, I gave her tyanol for it. she was very tired and sleeped a lot. to night she told me that she had a lump in one side of her nose, it looks like it is about half way in her nose and is a nice size. I did notice on the outside of the other side it was red and a little yellow. can you help me with this because I don't have any money to take her in right now. thank you for any help you can prove me with.

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
It may be hypertrophied and infected turbinate.
Continue tylenol and give antibiotic like ampiclox 3 times daily for 5 days.
If no improvement ,better consult ENT surgeon
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
