BP 109/58, Dizziness, Momentary Blindness, Faint. Cure For Symptoms?

I am 21 years old with a BP of 109/58. Constant dizziness upon standing after being in a sitting/squatting form. Dizziness upon standing, which also is accompanied by momentary blindness, has been bothering me for years and has finally gotten worse, happens ALL the time. Worried I may black out all the way or even faint. Help please.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
This may be orthostatic hypotension, there are numbers of reason behind this that has to be rule out by medical examination, among them the cardiac problem first to be taken under consideration, beside this, drug history, dehydration, low level of hemoglobin, some psychological condition, you better have this test done, take care of your self ,have nice day.
