BOTH of my hands feel thick and heavy. Closing them to make a fist is slow and painful. Extreme pain in joint of index finger and ring finger of right hand and recent 'trigger" finger has started in ring finger of left hand. Hurts especially when playing golf. Starting to question my grip strength. Advil or Tylenol doesn't help much. I have had severe pain in bicep area of left upper arm and surgery for frozen shoulder two years ago, which only helped minimally. Now that condition is beginning in the right shoulder. Are my two conditions related? Do I have carpel tunnel? TOS? RA? or just arthritis? I have had cortisone injections in shoulder and tons of PT. Even tried disc decompression with chiropractor. Nothing is helping. I am 66 years old and have been athletic and active all my life.
