Around 11 days ago it would've been CD 16 and 17 I had pain that felt like it could've been implantation. I've been taking norethindrone for close to a year but I forget pills from time to time but I take them soon as I remember. I had intercourse with my husband 3 days prior to that pain so I don't know if it was ovulation or implantation pain. I had no spotting just like with my daughter. I felt the implantation with her and it lasted for a short time in the morning but no spotting. This time I had horrible pain in the right ovary area and it lasted 1 and a half days. My question is should I be concerned about being pregnant even though I take norethindrone but missed a pill or 2? Or was it ovulation? My cycles have been so messed up until a month ago where I've had a normal cycle. So if this is a normal cycle I should be starting my period this week.
