Ultrasound During CD Shows Follicle With Min Free Fluid. Pregnancy Chances?

Hello doctor, I have done my ultra sound on CD 10,12,14,16. CD 14 shows right ovary folicle 16mm with min free fluid. CD 16 shows right ovary follicle 20mm with min free fluid. any chance of getting pregnant? If follicle has started to rupture on CD 14 ( since free fluid is present),how come it reached 20mm on CD 16? Please advise

Hello
thanks for your query.
Just presence of free fluid does not indicate follicle rupture.
If there was only one dominant follicle observed in the study, then it will still further rupture.
Go for a scan on CD 18, that will clarify the picture.
Meanwhile, these are good days to have intercourse.
Take care.
