Are Vomiting, Sore Breasts, Headache And Brown Vaginal Discharge Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I've had the mirena in since October of 2013. I've been throwing up for the last two and a half months. I have sore breasts,I'm more tired than usual. I have headaches.I now have pinkish brownish mucous. Could I be pregnant. I have all the signs of being pregnant

I have gone through your question and I understand your concern.The symptoms you are describing are few of the common side effects of mirena.
I would suggest you take a urine pregnancy test just to be on the safe side. Also consult your local gynaecologist if the side effects you are experincing are getting bothersome for you for clinical evaluation and any replacement method of contraception if required.
