Are Tiredness, Dizziness And Headaches Suggestive Of Hypoglycemia?

Do you think i have hypoglycemia? I feel weak and lightheaded in the middle of night, mornings, and anytime i miss a meal [which is often]. I also get symptoms such as tiredness, dizziness, headaches, and shaky arms and hands [but not as often]. Hypoglycemia runs in my family. I am not diabetic. Do u think i am hypoglycemic?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thanks for using HCM, I understand your concern and will try to give you my medical advice, well you are in risk because you have a family history and now you're experiencing diabetes symptoms, I recommend you go to the doctor for a medical exam and some lab tests, is the only way to confirm the diagnostic, just try to be careful with your meals time and avoid complications, the hypoglycemia is a preventable medical emergency. I hope that my advice has been helpful, take care
