Are These Blood Pressure Level Readings Normal?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... my blood pressure over the last few weeks has been between 100 and 110 the top number and 55 to 65 on the low number with a pulse from 70 to 90. am wondering if these numbers are within normal range. I am a 72 yr. old male who also walks 30 to 45 mins. everyday.

Dear Sir,

If your blood pressure usually not higher than 130 mm Hg systolic (the top number) the blood pressure data are quite normal.
In your age group diastolic pressure (the lower number) usually low, and it is concidered normal. So you shouldn't worry. Just keep following healthy lifestyle.
