Hi. I am 18 years old guy. I am having so much stress regarding my penis. Its jusy about 5 inches when erected. And its really vee thick. Like, very thick. I want to enlarge my dick to give max pleasure to my girl. I have a penis pump too. But i dont feel it really does work. So please help me to increase my dick size

Well, let me tell you that size of the penis has not been directly associated with giving pleasure to a girl or does it determine fertility.
5 inches is good enough to satisfy and to be satisfied. It is the technique which matters the most.
There are no medicines that can help to increase the length and girth of penis.
Anyway, you may increase the size of the penis by means of certain penile exercises and by use of vacuum pump.
