Are The Readings In The Following Ultrasound Scan Result Normal?

my scan results showed that uterus measures 5.9cm 4.3cm 3.9cm. The echo pattern is homogeneous. The endometrium measures 0.3cm & is homogeneous. The right ovary measures 3.5cm 3 cm 1.7cm & the left 3cm 1.8cm 1.7cm.Neither shows any masses or prominent cysts. Both show cm & less sized follicles. There is no free fluid in the cul-de-sac. In simple words what does this mean ?? Is the report satisfactory?

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The study is normal - according to the findings mentioned in the report.
2.Uterus measurements are with in the normal limits, and endometrial thickness is also with in normal limits.
3.Both ovaries are measuring as given - they are normal in size. Having follicle is normal if the vole with in limits.
4.No fluid in cul-de-sac means it gives assurance of no infection / inflammation in the pelvic region.
5.So there is nothing to worry, every thing is normal. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
