Are Swollen Lymphnods In The Neck & Homogeneous Cystic Spleen Heamangioom Related?

Last week I've been diagnosed to have a cystic spleen heamangioom. Cyst is 4,2 cm. Ultrasound shows that the cyst looks homogeneous. Blood is good. I am 47 years old. Dr. told me I need no furter checks. Maybe it's not related but I have several little swollen lympknodes in my neck.

Hi
I read carefully all your concerns and I understood.
There is no relation of lymphonodes with spleen heamangioma,
You should be careful from trauma in the region of spleen to avoid cysts damage.
with regards to lymphonodes it may be related with common viral infection.
wishing you all the best
