Are Swollen Feet, Hands And Ankles With Tingling A Cause For Concern?

I have swollen feet and ankles, my hands are also a little swollen and tingling. The pressure from the swelling in my feet make it hurt when I walk. When I get up in the morning the symptoms are usually gone or nearly gone. By mid- morning it starts all over again. Should I be concerned.

HI

Thanks for posting your query.

Yes it is a matter of concern and needs evaluation. Your symptoms could be due to arthritis of joints , kidney problems , diabetes or Heart problems.

I need to know whether you are having any reduced urine output?
Any breathlessness while walking or doing work?

Also get the following tests done and revert back with reports.

Complete Hemogram, FBS, PPBS, Serum TSH, Serum Creatinine and 2D ECHO.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask.
