Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are densities in the upper lobe. It may pneumonia or pulmonary tuberculosis. Other bones of the chest and heart are normal. Now the doctor wants another view to get clarification about the exact nature and extent of the lesion. It is a normal procedure. Go ahead for x-ray.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi
