General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Unless large amount of cum is not ingested, stomach cramps are not normal after oral sex. For the presence of fever, it can be in relation with minor GI infection, stress induced or other causes. I would recommend:
- Plenty of liquids
- Antipyretic as paracetamol (650 mg) 3 times a day after meals
- Avoid further encounters till recovery

Follow up after 24 hours of above for further guidelines online to handle the issue best possible medical way.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
