Are Stinging Sensation In Penis And Low Urine Output Signs Of STD?
hi , i have this urge to urinate but nothing comes out, i did come back from a vacation and did indulge in sexual encounters , as stupid as that is, my question is which std cause such kind of symptoms? after the encounter 2 days later i had a stinging sensation in my penis really painful

Gonorrhea and Chlamydia (STDs) can manifest with such symptoms. Sometimes a non-STD urinary tract infection also can manifest in such a way. Microscopic examination of Urine will reveal whether there is any infection or not. Further tests would reveal the exact cause. Drinking adequate water ( 3 liters/day) would relieve the symptoms in absence of an infection.
