Are Small Itchy Lumps On Chest And Back Symptoms Of Urticaria?

I have mitral valve prolapse syndrome with dysautonomia, which has different symptoms. But in the last few weeks, I have been getting small itchy bumps that come and go - mostly on chest and back. From what I am reading, it seems like urticaria. Another symptom of the dysautonomia, besides palpitations (which I have learned to control- usually due to being dehydrated), is rhinitis. That started about two years ago. My concern here is the itchy bumps. They come and go in different locations.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have itchy lumps on chest and back symptoms of urticaria . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like infections , inflammation , tumors , trauma , boils , abscesses , hematoma , benign and malignant tumors or cysts . Allergic reaction can also causr such symptoms .I would suggest you to consult general surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order biopsy , check tenderness and consistency and order x-ray to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may put you on antibiotics along with anti inflammatory or may drain the lump . Doctor may also recommend surgical removal or radiaotherapy .
