Are Protein Supplements Safe For Healthy Weight Gain?
hello sir before a month i was so thin and i join gym and my choach tell me to take same protien and tablets (sun india, neurabol capsules) and i am taking these all and also increased gain weight, but some people tell me it harmful is this please tell me should i continue or not and also tell me good way togain

Neurabol capsule contains 'Stanozolol' as an active ingredient. It works by improving blood production, muscles and bones formation.
Neurabol capsule is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of: Inflammation of blood vessels, Allergic conditions, Osteoporosis, Breast cancer, Anemia and Osteopetrosis.
Kindly take medical advice before taking such medications. Protein supplementation would be always better with natural foods like consuming egg white, pulses and milk. There are some protein supplement powders which can be mixed with milk and consumed, which is also beneficial.
