Are Painless Swollen Lymph Nodes On Both Sides Of Groin A Cause For Concern?

I have what seems to be swollen lymph nodes on both sides of my groin. I am wondering if this is something that is just benign or is a problem. I recently had a full blood panel including CBC HIV test and all other stds. I am wondering if this can be just from stress or if it is possibly a hernia. They are painless.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is not the infection then it may be some lymph node only and this is nothing to worry, but this need to be kept under observation, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
