Are Pain In The Heels And Knee Pain Symptoms Of Arthritis?
I am having pain in both of my heels. I cant walk without shoes because of the pain. I am also having knee pain. It s a sharp pain whenever I walk. I have not had any type of injury. I don t know if this could be some type of arthritis or what it could be. Do you have any suggestions?
It can be an early sign of arthritis. As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
