Are Pain In Lower Left Quadrant And Rashes Suggestive Of Ovarian Cyst?

Yes last week I noticed when I bent over I had a dull pain in L side LLQ, suspected ovarian cyst or kidney stone, or bladder infection. I drank approc 60 oz no sugar added cran juice next day and increased water. I had prob dehydrated myself going OOT to kid s tournament. It continued to worsen. But now feels more like it is a muscular pain. I have been dx with kidney stone, ovarian cysts, and fibroid tumor, MD was not concerned. It is mostly in L flank and interestingly enough, I have developed a rash on L flank. Small fluid-filled pustules in a patch approx size of softball. I have no pain with urination.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
You are very intelligent lady , as you mentioned all possibilities about your probable disease .
But amoebic colitis may be the another possibility , diagnosis can be confirmed by stool examination for E histolyca.
While such pain may be due to salpingitis ( inflammation of tube ).
As you mentioned that there is small fluid-filled pustules , so however without physical examination very difficult to say something but such erupted pustule like structure may be due to herpes zoster on the skin.
So in my opinion consult a dermatologist and get his opinion.
If no Herpes then consult a physician and get his opinion.
