Are Pain In Chest And Sternum With Nausea A Cause For Concern?

i am experiencing pain in my chest right in the middle of my breast and having pain under my diaphram and runnin. g across my sternum from side to side. The pain is bad. is this serious or something minor. it came on suddenly and i have nausea with this

hello thank you for contacting us. pain could be due to simple acitidity which heals by takin antacid tablets/ syrup.In your case to rule other conditions like hernia, any swellings just take one ultra scan. Please come and share the report . Then we can decide what it is. Take care
