Are Pain And Swelling In The Knee With Painful Wrist And Ankle Suggestive Of Gout?
Sudden onset of joint pain in right knee (golf ball swelling behind the knee), right wrist, right ankle, ring finger on right hand. Could this be gout...or ?. Big toes are fine. Some stiff neck. U am 62, female, no medications, otherwise healthy. Was fine yesterday, woke up stiff and achey.

It may be gout attacks since gout can occur any joints of your body, not just to the big toe, however they may be due to other inflammatory conditions such as osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis.
Based on your symptoms reported, I advise you to follow up with urgent care or your primary care doctor to have further testing including blood tests for uric acid level as well as rheumatoid arthritis work up to rule out such conditions.
