I am 58 years of age and my BP four years back was 190 which now varies between 130 to 150, I also checked my Blood Sugar recently it shows 140 upon 90. I am for India and at alternate days take Olemesar H 40 and Revelol XL50 are these enough for my present health?

Hello,

the target levels for systolic arterial pressure are below 140mmHg. If most of your measurements are OK then your treatment should not be altered. Otherwise, you may need some changes. Keeping a diary with your measurements may help your doctor decide whether you need to change your regimen or not.
Regarding your blood sugar, you should measure your serum glucosylated hemoglobin A1c. Having a high fasting blood sugar is not enough to decide about treatment options.

When you have the necessary information, I'll be glad to comment on it.

I hope I've answered your question. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Kind Regards,
Dr Panagiotis Zografakis,
