Are Occasional Epithelial Cells, Amorphous Phosphates And Bacteria In Urine Normal While Having Fever?

my 10-year old daughter had fever for 2 days now . urinalysis revealed 0-1 hpf,moccasinal epithelial cells, occasional amorpous phosphates and occasional bacteria. Ph is 6, specific grav of 1.010 ligt yellow. negative for sugar, protein, nitrite, ketone, bilirubin and urobilirubin. Just had her 2nd paracetamol but fever still at 38 C. Does she need ciprofloxacin or culture test? Thank you very much!

hiii.urine report is normal.she is not having urinary tract infection.i think she is having normal viral fever.give her more fluids.give her topid sponging in case of high fever.give paracetomol tablets 500 mg thrice daily till fever subsides.if it doesnt subside within 5 days review with your physician for further follow up.thank you.
